Orders:

• Minimum opening order is $200.00
• Minimum Re-Order is $35.00.

Backorders:

We do not fill backorders.  Customer must reorder these items at a future time.

Shipping Terms:

• Orders over $250.00 qualify for free shipping when paying by check. Qualified Terms apply.
• Residential addresses will be assessed a $4.50 surcharge.
• A freight surcharge is applied for Paper, Trimmers, Big Shot Machines, and Tins.

Returns:

Within 14 days of receipt of your order, we’ll be happy to exchange for another item.

Please return the item(s) in question to us along with a copy of your paperwork and a note expressing your wishes. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
